Sandrine - 7 years

Sandrine harnessed in the Britax Husky at 7 years old.  She weighs about 47 lbs.

Mom's Notes: She normally rides in a booster in my parents' cars or friends cars and in my Echo which is newer, but I really really wanted her in a harnessed seat which I feel is safer, in our old 2-door hatchback Honda Civic 1989.  Being not only a smaller car but a much older one, I wanted her as best protected as I could get.

Sandrine is 6 years and 1 month old in the Britax Marathon.  She weighs about 36-38 lbs depending on the day.

Mom's Notes:  I partly bought the MA to keep her RFing longer when I passed the RA down to her sister, and partly b/c of the higher height/weight harness use. She is actually relatively close to the top slots, but will probably fit another year or so I would think. Right now I have it in the middle of my mother's car since that spot is a lapbelt only and I want it being used for as long as possible by a harnessed child rather than anyone else. She also rides in a Recaro Young Sport, harnessed, but obviously will have to use it as a booster once she hits 40#.
